Our Purpose

DTCare Lebanon’s Care Kits initiative helps girls and young women manage their periods with confidence through affordable reusable menstrual products, culturally sensitive education, and trusted community partnerships.

We believe every woman and girl deserves access to reliable information, products she can depend on, and the resources needed to manage her period with dignity. Through Care Kits, we make reusable menstrual underwear more accessible, reducing the cost of period care and waste from disposable products.

What’s in a Care Kit

  • Five pairs of reusable menstrual underwear. Washable and discreet, and designed to last about two years with proper care.

  • A Care Kit booklet. It’s medically reviewed, culturally sensitive, and available in five languages. It covers menstrual health, how to use the underwear, and how to care for it.

  • Ongoing support. A QR code links to free Instagram resources at @carekits.official, with videos, product-care guidance and private messaging support.

What We Do

DTCare’s Care Kits combine washable menstrual underwear with practical education to address barriers to menstrual care.

  • Deliver complete Care Kits: Five pairs of reusable underwear and an educational booklet, ready for bulk purchase and partner-led distribution.

  • Equip local educators: A train-the-trainer model supports menstrual health education and respectful kit distribution.

  • Support confident use: Practical guidance helps users understand menstruation and care for their products.

  • Listen and improve: Community feedback helps strengthen our products and educational approach.
