COVID-19 Response Measures

How DTCare and our partnering organizations is responding to COVID-19

The COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Pandemic has impacted seemingly every industry as well as the lives of everyone across the world.

In order to mitigate the spread of this disease, airlines have been forced to limit their number of flights both domestically and internationally. This has caused several challenges for the logistics sector in regards to both freight rates as well as shipping delays in several circumstances.

During these difficult times, it is easy to note that the lifeblood of manufacturing, construction, retail, and ostensibly every sector of business… is trade. The heart of DTCare’s humanitarian efforts lies in the collection and distribution of essential supplies and medical equipment to austere regions impacted by conflict and disaster. We are now, more than ever, committed to continuing our work while still adhering to CDC guidelines. We expect and encourage our partners and the organizations we work with to do the same.

Though many regions may be on lockdown, many friends and family in quarantine, many storefronts temporarily closed, it is vital to remember that this lifeblood of the industry must and will continue to function.

Please know that DTCare and DTGruelle, our longstanding shipping and logistics ally, are fully operational during this crisis as essential service and aid providers.

Marco Gruelle and the DTCare team have generously donated reusable KN95 masks to DTGruelle customers, contributing toward their continued operations during the pandemic. DTCare wants nothing more than to help facilitate bringing people back into the workplace safely and effectively.
